From now on, for regular camping, you have until the Monday before the campout to back out without any obligation.  After that, you are responsible for whatever the cost is for that outing.  We, as a troop, make per person commitments and even if you don't show, we still have to pay.  If you have extenuating circumstances (Grave Illness, Death in Family...) you will have to come and request a waiver at the next CLP.  They are held on the 2nd Monday of the month.  In regards to Special Camping (Summer Camp/Camp-O-Ree's/ District Outings), you have until when ever our deadline is to back out for a refund.

Board of Reviews will now ONLY be held on the last meeting of the month, unless that month has a Court of Honor, then it will be on the next to last meeting.  If you want a seat at the BOR, you have to request it atleast 24 hours in advance so I can get the required paperwork.  Court of Honors will be held in March, June, September and December.
